A seven panel school mural with heritage theme for the 200 Anniversary of the foundation of Whitechurch National School was created with the input of pupils from each class. This work was funded by the Arts Council under the Creative Schools Initiative and Commissioned by Whitechurch National School, Rathfarnham.
The Hinterland Collaborative Exhibition was held in Eblana House, Dunlaoghaire in May 2019. The theme for the project was the Hinterland of Dun Laoghaire- Rathdown. Over 50 artists working in various groups took part. The collaborative project is a biannual event for ArtNet. Artists of different disciplines, painters, sculptors, ceramicists, graphic artists, writers, poets, weavers photographers, animators, filmmakers and composers worked together. The project was started in January 2018 and the exhibition was held in May 2019.
Over 500 attended the opening night. The exhibition ran for ten days and over 900 people viewed the exhibition. The panel of judges for the Hinterland Project Prize consisted of Vera Klute, Margarita Cappock and Mark Joyce.
